To help special needs children nationwide....
By providing a Pet Assisted Therapy Dog Candidate Puppy from the Rin Tin Tin German Shepherd Dog Breeding Program to Special Needs children, ages 8-18, that will be specifically trained by the recipient family, with assistance from ARFkids, to aid in the improvement of the quality of life of the child.
